Company Background

Public Servants Sacco was registered on 10th April, 2018 as a Savings and Credit Co-operative in
accordance with the Co-operatives Act 1996.
Currently the SACCO has members drawn from government Offices, Ministries, Agencies and
Regional Councils. The SACCO will establish branches country wide. Membership in the SACCO is
optional and not compulsory.
A co-operative is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common
economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned and
democratically-controlled enterprise.
