We are Namibia Public Servants Savings and Credit Co –operatives (NAMSACCO), which was registered on 10th April, 2018 as a Savings and Credit Co-operative in accordance with the Co-operatives Act 1996.
A co-operative is an autonomous association of persons united voluntarily to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly-owned and democratically-controlled enterprise.
We have members drawn from government Offices, Ministries, Agencies and Regional Councils.
Membership in the NAMSACCO is optional and not compulsory.
What we do
We provide members with savings through payroll deduction which makes it simple and convenient
We provide members with affordable loan facilities with no negotiation fees and other charges at low as 15% interest rate on diminishing balance method
We provide education and training on personal financial management to members
We give insurance arranged to pay off outstanding loans in case of death of a member.
We assure that savings and dividends to members will be paid to the next of kin after a member’s deathWho we serve?
We only serve the Members of NAMSACCO

All Public Servants from Ministries, Offices, Agencies and Regional Councils.
